Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu
Upon your arrival in the Kathmandu airport (TIA) you will be greeted by Off2holiday team member. You will be then transferred to Hotel. After check in, you can take a rest, hang around in the city- it all depends upon your interests and condition. Briefing about package.
Day 02: KTM Sightseeing Tour: Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath and Swayambhu
We start a guided tour to three of UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu. Firstly, we start our day by praying at Pashupatinath Temple early in the morning. Then come to hotel for Lunch and go out to see Boudhanath and Swayambhunath. The Buddhists shrine of Boudhanath is one of the largest stupa in the world, and one of the holiest Buddhist pilgrimage and tourist destinations in Kathmandu. The area of Boudhnath is also famous for over 50 Tibetan Gompas or monasteries. Swayambhu meaning the “the self-existent” is popular among the foreigners as the Monkey Temple owing to the large number of monkey population residing in the area. Evening, free of your own.
Day 03: Sightseeing Tour: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan & Bhaktapur
Wake up early in the Morning; we start our tour of three more UNESCO World Heritage Site cities adjacent to Kathmandu: Patan & Bhaktapur. Kathmandu Durbar Square (Basantapur Darbar Kshetra) in front of the old royal palace of the former Kathmandu Kingdom is one of three Durbar (royal palace) Squares in the Kathmandu Valley in Nepal, all of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Patan is also known as The City of Fine Arts. Patan Durbar Square is one of the places in the Kathmandu Valley where the medieval arts and architecture still remain in its original state. The Durbar Square is full of ancient places, temples and shrines, noted for their exquisite carvings, mostly the Hindu and Buddhist monuments. Similarly, the medieval town of Bhaktapur, or the Town of the Devotees, preserves medieval arts, architecture, culture, and lifestyle to this date. One is sure to feel like travelling back into the past while walking along the Bhaktapur thoroughfares, squares and streets.
Day 04: Drive to Pokhara
Get up early in the morning and have a breakfast. After breakfast, we will start to drive Pokhara watching the great view of local villages, jungle and rivers. Pokhara is a very beautiful city in Nepal with the Annapurna mountain range & Fishtail Mountain are the main ornament of Pokhara setting as the tower over the city. You will arrive Pokhara by late afternoon and check in hotel. After refreshment you may explore around the Phewa Lake & lake side bazaar. Return back to hotel and overnight at hotel.
Day 05 & 06: Full Day Pokhara Sightseeing with Sarangkot Sunrise
We spend a full day to explore Pokhara. Early morning we drive to the Sarangkot Hill to have the sunrise views over the Himalayas. After breakfast, we make a full day sightseeing of Pokhara. Enjoy walking along the bank of Phewa Lake, admiring the stunning reflection of the Fish Tail Peak in the blue Phewa Lake waters. We also take a boat around the Phewa Lake which is the second biggest lake of Nepal. We take the boat across the lake and take an hour’s walk to the World Peace Pagoda. Some of the other places that we visit today include the Seti River Gorge,davils falls, international mountain museum, Bindhabasini Temple the pet God of Pokhara, and many other cultural and natural landscapes. Overnight stay at Pokhara.
Day 07: Drive to Kathmandu
After breakfast, we start our drive back to Kathmandu. Upon the arrival in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to Hotel. Overnight at Kathmandu.
